- AccuformNMC™ "DANGER DO NOT OPERATE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT" Red/Black/White Lockout English Safety Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed made of 15 mil rigid RP-Plastic material for added strength and enduringness. Tag can be used to alert staff to cautions by providing safety and it works in all enormous environments. It can be used to mark as well as identify the lockout situation and is ideal for light-duty indoor or sheltered outdoor environments. High-strength plastic tag being water-resistant can be used in all weather conditions. Flexible tag will not readily break down over a wide temperature range. Durable tag being poly-laminated on both sides has an abrasion resistant writable surface, tolerates stretching and ripping. Tag has a 3/8" hole at the top reinforced with metal grommet to avoid pull off. It renders additional space for the identity of the person that involves lockout procedure, department name, expected completion date and additional notes required for further lockout clarification. It includes 0.015" stock that has a temperature range of -4 to 158 deg with strengthened by a pull-proof and metal grommet for long lasting use. It gives good resistance to chemical, scratch and resists UV rays up to 3-12 months. It is sold as 25 per pack.
