- AccuformNMC™ Tags By-The-Roll "DANGER DO NOT OPERATE (LOCK OUT TAG)" Red/Black/White English Tag measuring 6 1/4" X 3" is made from 10 mil polyolefin-based material. PF-Cardstock tag that works effectively in extreme environments and prevents accidental/unexpected start up. The tag features a matte surface that is printed on both sides and offers enough space to sign, date and add notes. Pulp-free tag with oversized 3/8" plain hole is tear-resistant and waterproof. It is sold as 100 per roll.
