- AccuformNMC™ "HOT WORK PERMIT" Black/Yellow Hot Work Status Tag is made from 15 mil water resistant RP-plastic material for more strength. Standard back A tag that withstands stretching and ripping is perfect for indoor and outdoor use for identifying areas of equipment that are hot and contact is to be avoided. Abrasion resistant tag features a 3/8" hole reinforced with metal grommet to prevent pull off and has a writable surface that will not readily break down over a wide temperature range. High strength tag offers resistance to chemicals, scratches for more durability and is sold as 25 per pack.
