- AccuformNMC™ "GREEN TAG This scaffold has been erected according to Federal/State Regulations and is safe for all craft work..." Scaffold Status Tag measuring 5 3/4" X 3 1/4" is printed made of 15 mil thick rigid RP-plastic for longer durability and features a reinforced metal grommet. It is relatively bendable that is perfect for both indoor and outdoor temporary tagging applications. Chemical and mar-resistant matte surface is best suitable for dirty and greasy environments. Status tag complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.28 for scaffolding, alerting defective scaffold and is sold as 25 per pack.
