Item Details

SelectWear 60HC-MCO Plus is a self shielded, metal cored hardsurfacing wire which is a higher alloy version of our 60HC-MCO.

Features

Produces a higher density of primary carbides than standard small diameter chromium carbide wires, leading to longer wear life.
Very low smoke and spatter generation. Hot wear to 1100 F (593 C).
Maximum of 3 layers is recommended.

Applications

Coal and cement pulverizers, gyratory mantles, large bucket lips and teeth, manganese impactor bars, crusher cage pins, wear plates and ID of pipes.
