FOXcore CM 2 RC is a low alloyed, flux-cored wire with rutile filling. Primarily designed for the welding of 2.25% Cr/1% Mo creep resistant base metals (e.g. 10CrMo9-10), that are used for the fabrication of high-pressure vessels and piping systems. Due to its fast freezing slag this flux cored wire provides excellent out of position welding characteristics and allows for faster travel speeds. This flux cored wire can be used with traditional power sources (DC+) and mixed gas (82% Ar + 18% CO2).
