Tweco® Robotics QTRW66 Series 180 deg L Conductor Tube features rugged and fully insulated design offering durability. Water-cooled conductor tube is ideal for welding applications up to 600 A. Outer jacket has nozzle housing featuring a thermally conductive insulator that draws the heat out of the nozzle. Outer jacket is insulated from the inner tube assembly with a Teflon™ sleeve. 3/4" O.D stainless steel seamless tube is brazed in between the copper nozzle housing and the brass crimp ring that provides strength to outer jacket. Conductor tube features inner tube with a brass and copper duplex style extruded tube construction. Brazed inner tube has tapered front end that fits between itself and nozzle housing to offer a solid heat transfer path between the inner tube and jacket assembly. Conductor tube has a stainless steel alloy back end to provide additional strength. Conductor tube is positively secured in the torch body with 2 stainless steel alignment pins. Stainless steel locking screw draws the conductor tube into the torch body. Water-cooled torch lets the water to flow through the torch body into the conductor tube. Cold water flows to the conductor tube front where it circulates around the nozzle area of the torch to draw heat out of the gas diffuser, contact tip and nozzle.
Features
