Tweco® Weldskill 21 Series Tapered Nozzle with 1/2" bore size is designed for standard gas diffuser and perfect for protecting the quality of your welds as well as the life of your gun. 2.068" Nozzle with 3/4" OD is ideal for use in light to medium duty welding application up to 180 A. It features part number rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. Nozzle with M11-1.5-6H threads size and flush - 0.062" recess contact tip relationship is made of 122 DHP copper alloy. It has a 3-piece design that includes a nozzle housing, which is cut and formed from copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from a solid brass and nozzle insulator constructed of silicone material. It has nozzle insert that allows machining of internal threads in order to match the gas diffuser. Nozzle offers electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser using the nozzle insulator. Nozzle is sold as 2 per pack.
