Sign up for digital proof of delivery (POD) receipts for easier tracking of deliveries and receipts

Our convenient digital POD service sends proof of delivery receipts to your email and also gives you access to view them on your account dashboard. (You still have the option to get a printed paper receipt at time of delivery.)

Why sign up?

  • Get digital copies of PODs emailed to you
  • View PODs online 24/7 in your account
  • Stop misplacing paper PODs
  • Avoid document management headaches

How does it work?

Once you sign up for this online service, you’ll start receiving digital PODs in your inbox within 2–3 business days. Additionally, if you already have an existing Airgas.com login, you’ll be able to see your PODs online within 24 hours. If you don't have an Airgas.com login, watch your inbox for an email asking you to update your password and set up security questions. As soon as this step is complete, you’ll be able to see your PODs online within 24 hours. With or without an Airgas.com login, you'll start receiving POD emails within 2–3 business days.

Will I still get a paper receipt?

Yes. You have the option to receive the three-inch printed delivery receipt from your delivery driver at the time of delivery.

How do I sign up?
